This app is not in service yet.
It is the screen a farm manager opens in the morning once probes are in the ground and a server is on the premises. Neither has happened yet, so there is nothing here for it to read.
We would rather tell you that plainly than leave you tapping at an error message. The app itself is finished and tested — what it is missing is soil.

You are early rather than locked out. Message us and we will tell you exactly where your site sits in the first installation run, and what is still ahead of it.
Want to see what the app and the dashboard actually look like? The evidence page has annotated screenshots and a dashboard you can click through, running on a farm we invented and labelled as such.
